Ford Credit Account Manager ("Account Manager") allows you to register with FCE Bank PLC ("Ford Credit") to view your individual account information, make payments and manage your account(s) via the Internet. As used in this Agreement, the terms, "Ford Credit," "we," "us," and "our" refer to FCE Bank PLC ("Ford Credit") and "you" or "your" refers to each person(s) registered for or using Account Manager. Account Manager is a service available exclusively to Ford Credit customers.

• when you make an application for Account Manager
How we use your personal data
We may use your personal data for the following purposes when you apply for and subsequently use Account Manager:
(i) to evaluate your application for use of the Account Manager service;
(ii)if your application is successful, to provide you with the Account Manager service;
(iii)to update our records when you amend or input information while using Account Manager;
(iv)to follow instructions given by you while using Account Manager;
(v) to respond to enquiries and communications from you; and
(vi)for statistical analysis, management of our and our Group's business, market research, training and evaluating the effectiveness of our customer service.
Disclosures we make of your personal data in relation to your application for and subsequent use of Account Manager
We may share and make disclosures of your information:
(i) if required by law, government authority or agency, or pursuant to a court order;
(ii) to our Group, their and/or our advisors, agents and others who provide services to us or our Group, as required for the purposes set out above;
(iii) to law enforcement agencies and others for the purposes of investigating or preventing crime; and
(iv) to any potential buyers, transferees and/or merger partners in relation to all or part of our or our Group's business, and such parties' advisors, for the purposes of considering the transaction.
The legal bases by which we process your personal data is for the entering into and performance of this Agreement with you for the provision of the Account Manager service, for the performance of the underlying credit agreement with you, to comply with our legal obligations and for our legitimate interests comprising the administration of our business and our products and services and the prevention of fraud.
- All information held by Ford Credit is held electronically on servers or in hard copy using appropriate technical and organisational security measures in accordance with applicable law.
Ford Credit may transfer your personal data to group companies and service providers located outside of the European Economic Area. All such transfers will be made in accordance with applicable laws and subject to appropriate safeguards. - General Terms
You must agree to the terms and conditions of use contained in this Agreement to use Account Manager. You can withdraw your consent at any time during the enrollment process BEFORE clicking on the "I Accept" button or the "Accept" button by exiting the Registration process.
We may update the Account Manager Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting the updated terms on this site or by otherwise providing notification. By agreeing to the Account Manager Terms and Conditions, you may receive information, disclosures, and notices related to your Account Manager enrollment electronically and/or at the e-mail address you provided. Ford Credit may use written, electronic, or verbal means to contact you regarding the servicing of your Account Manager account or your use of Account Manager. This may include, but is not limited to, contact by manual calling methods, text messages or e-mails. Ford Credit may use any e-mail address or any telephone number you provide now or in the future including a number for a mobile phone or other wireless device, regardless of whether you incur charges as a result.
Ford Credit may monitor and record telephone calls between us to assure the quality of our service or for other reasons.
- Security
You understand and accept the risks associated with using the Internet such as risks of security breaches, transmission errors, and service interruptions. Information sent over the internet may not be secure. You understand and accept the risk that a third party may intercept the information you send to us online or in our response(s). Always look for https: in the URL address line at top of page. We will never send you unsolicited communications asking for personal or account information.
- Accuracy of Site Information
ALL INFORMATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED IN ACCOUNT MANAGER ARE OFFERED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITH NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND – WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY – INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION, OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current information; however, Account Manager may contain errors and may not always be current due to processing delays or other reasons. By using the information provided in Account Manager, you acknowledge that neither FCE Bank PLC, its affiliates or subsidiaries, nor any of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents, or third-party service providers make any guarantee that the services offered will be timely, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You understand and agree that your access and use of Account Manager are at your sole risk.
- Account Eligibility
You must have an active FCE Bank PLC account to use Account Manager. Account Manager access and functionality may be limited or unavailable for some accounts. If your account becomes ineligible, your use of Account Manager for that account may be limited or unavailable. We reserve the right to determine account eligibility. Account Manager may not be available in all geographic areas.
- User Responsibility
You confirm that you can receive electronic communications using the e-mail address provided to FCE Bank PLC. A copy of this Agreement is accessible on the Account Manager Settings page. The system procedures applicable to Account Manager may change from time to time. You may contact us for a paper copy of this Agreement.
When you register to use Account Manager, you must choose a username, password and for extra security establish challenge questions to assist with forgot username/password process. You must keep your username and password secure and change your password regularly. Notify us immediately if there is an unauthorized disclosure or use of your username or password. Actions taken using your username and password will be treated as approved by you. We are not responsible for your errors or negligent use of Account Manager.
- Account Messages
By requesting in Account Manager to receive alerts via email and/or text message (Account Messages) you agree to the following terms and conditions: You will receive Account Messages only when your contract status qualifies, and your communication service provider(s) and your device(s) can accommodate Account Messages. We may cancel or modify Account Messages without notice at any time. You will provide a current phone number and/or email address for use by Account Messages. You are the email and phone account holder or have the account holder’s permission to provide the email address and/or phone number. We will use your communication service provider(s) to deliver Account Messages; your communication service provider(s) is acting as your agent for purposes of Account Messages.
Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your requesting Account Messages or providing an email address and/or phone number and we will not be liable for losses or damages arising from any disclosure of account information to third parties, or incorrect, delayed, non-delivered, misdirected or mishandled Account Messages alerts; this sentence shall survive termination of Account Messages.
Account Messages are for your convenience and are not the official record of your contract. Account Messages may not be encrypted and may include personal or confidential information about you and your contract activity or status. Other parties and factors, such as your communication service provider, may delay or interrupt Account Messages.
We will not charge you for Account Messages, however, Message and Data Rates May Apply from your communication service provider(s). Message frequency depends on your account settings.
